FPV Deployment in Combat

The course is designed for specialists seeking to acquire skills in the professional use of FPV drones in the military field. The program enhances competencies in aerial reconnaissance, tactical deployment of unmanned aerial vehicles, cybersecurity, and technical maintenance of FPV drones in complex combat conditions.

The course covers the technical, tactical, and security aspects of FPV drone operation, as well as methods for countering enemy unmanned aerial systems.

During the course, you will:
● Learn about the structure, technical characteristics, and operating principles of FPV drones.
● Gain knowledge of the basic principles of aerodynamics and FPV drone electronics.
● Develop both basic and advanced FPV piloting skills.
● Learn to configure and maintain FPV drones in field conditions.
● Master tactical techniques for using FPV drones in combat scenarios.
● Get acquainted with detection methods and countermeasures against enemy FPV drones.
● Practice combat scenarios involving FPV drones.

The training lasts for 10 consecutive days, with over 8 hours of instruction per day.  The program includes lectures, simulator practice, and hands-on flights in confined spaces using whoop-type drones. Practical exercises involve flying 7-inch drones, carrying additional payloads, long-distance flights, and target engagement missions. All necessary equipment and drones for training are provided by the school.  Experienced instructors and engineers, who have trained over 2,000 military pilots, aerial reconnaissance specialists, and engineers since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, will guide you through the course. Some instructors have direct combat experience.  The course takes place in the outskirts of Kyiv. Training facilities include a lecture hall, flight simulators, indoor and outdoor tracks for drone flights, and a nearby open field for long-range missions. The training site allows for practicing engagements on both static and moving targets. The locations are designed to replicate combat conditions for long-distance flights. The area is fenced and secured.
